We are offering Xcel team levels to allow for more flexibility in scheduling, routines, and skill levels.

Kids will have the opportunity to just do fun meets or to be more competitive at invitationals with additional practices
Meet Information Competition season 2022-2023
USA Gymnastics Registration
You will need a USA gymnastics registration and will be sent an invitation. If you are only doing fun meets, you do not need this registration.
Meet Rules-
- Be present at the site of the meet for sufficient warm-up.
- Remain in the area of competition designated for gymnasts, as competitors, or as observers.
- No underwear (including sports bras) should be exposed. A clear bra strap is acceptable
- The leg opening on competitive leotards must not be cut or rolled above the gymnasts hipbone.
- Leotard and/or warm up uniform should be worn for march-in and award ceremonies. Tennis shoes are not considered gymnastics footwear.
- No hard casts.
- Be well groomed in appearance
- Clean attire
- Hair secured away from the face so as not to obscure her vision of the apparatus.
- No jewelry with the exception of one pair of stud earrings (one in each ear).
- Eat or drink outside of the competition area (exception: water bottles should be allowed or a water fountain should be available).
- Exhibit self-control and calmness in the case of a fall or injury.

Uniforms are being sized during practices during the weeks of July 17th through July 28th. Cost will be added to the August tuition.
