About Us

Local Gymnastics Classes

A local gymnastics club in Hastings, MI. I am CPR certified and have a completed background check. My USA gymnastics number is  1257608. We are a USA gymnastics member club and AAU Gymnastics. I have been teaching gymnastics for eight years and have been in competitive gymnastics when I was younger. We offer gymnastics lessons recreationally and competitively to kids of various skills and abilities and families with various needs. We want all children to have an opportunity. 

Description

Classes will include work on the uneven bars, beam, vault and floor exercises. Gymnastics provides many benefits including:

Young Flipsters A

Beginners classes for ages 6 and older: Work on all four olympic events. Ideal for those starting out or who have some experience with floor skills and but limited experience with other events. Classes meet once per week, but you can sign up for an additional class for half off. One free trial class available for new members

Schedule and Prices

$60 per month

Mondays 4:30pm to 5:30pm 

Mondays 6pm to 7pm

Tuesdays 6pm to 7pm

Thursdays 5pm to 6pm

Thursdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm



Tiny Flipsters

Introduction class for 3 to 5 year olds. These classes also offer introduction on all four olympic events but smaller equipment and include more games and activities for learning. One free trial class for new members

Schedule and prices

$45 per month

Mondays 5pm to 5:45pm- 3- 4.5 year olds

Wednesdays 5pm to 5:45pm- 4.5 to 5 year olds

Wednesdays 4:30pm to 5:15pm- 4.5-5 year olds

Thursdays 4:30pm - 5:15pm- 4.5 to 5 year olds


Young Flipsters B

Advanced Beginners/ Intermediate. Students are invited to move up a level at the end of the session. They can move up if they have mastered cartwheels, handstands, and can do a kickover and /or pullover on the bar.

Schedule and Prices

$ 60 per month

Tuesday 5pm to 6pm. 

Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm

Thursdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm


Flip and Cheer

Tumbling to work on floor skills

Tumbling

$ 60 per month

Saturdays 10:00am to 11:00am. 

Advanced class

Class is offered to those who have transferred from a previous team or who have their backhandspring and other basic bar skills to work on more advanced skills without having to join team.

Young Flipsters

$ 80 per month

Thursdays 6pm to 7:30pm

Annual membership required to enroll in classes. Cost is 25$ individual/ 5$ per each additional child. See handbook for further details.
